YVPEJ通常是指變頻調(diào)速電磁制動三相異步電動機，并非超頻電磁軟啟動電機。以下是對YVPEJ電機的介紹：

- 結(jié)構(gòu)組成：YVPEJ系列電機是由YVF2系列變頻調(diào)速電動機與電磁制動器組合而成，是全封閉自扇冷式鼠籠型具有附加圓盤型直流制動器的三相異步電動機。此外，制動器還具有人工釋放機構(gòu)。

- 工作原理：當制動線圈接通直流電源后，由于電磁力作用，電磁鐵吸引銜鐵，并壓縮彈簧，使制動盤與銜鐵和電機端蓋的摩擦面脫開，電機即可正常運轉(zhuǎn)。當制動器線圈的直流電源切斷后，電磁鐵失去電磁吸引，彈簧把銜鐵推出壓緊制動盤，制動盤受到銜鐵和電機端蓋的兩個摩擦力矩作用，迅速剎住電機轉(zhuǎn)軸，使電機停止轉(zhuǎn)動。

- 調(diào)速范圍廣：電機調(diào)速范圍為5（3）-100Hz為無級調(diào)速，5（3）-50Hz為恒轉(zhuǎn)矩調(diào)速，50-100Hz為恒功率調(diào)速，在矢量控制的條件下，調(diào)速范圍還可以擴大。

- 快速制動：能實現(xiàn)電機失電后快速制動，快速制動時間YVPEJ-63-100電機小于0.2s，YVPEJ-112-132電機小于0.25s，YVPEJ-160-250電機小于0.5s。

- 過載能力強：電機能承受額定轉(zhuǎn)矩的160%過載，歷時1分鐘。

- 低速性能好：低速時轉(zhuǎn)矩平滑，無爬行現(xiàn)象。

- 冷卻效果好：電機采用了獨特的冷卻結(jié)構(gòu)，使用特殊加長的軸流風(fēng)機，保證了電機在低頻恒轉(zhuǎn)矩長期運行時溫升不超過允許值。

- 應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域：適用于機械、礦山、冶金、紡織、印染、化工、農(nóng)機等需要無級變速又需要快速停機、準確定位的設(shè)備，可代替機械傳動中的無級變速機。

The brake disc is subjected to two frictional torques from the armature and the motor end cover, quickly stopping the motor shaft and stopping the motor rotation.

-Wide speed regulation range: The motor speed regulation range is 5 (3) -100Hz for stepless speed regulation, 5 (3) -50Hz for constant torque speed regulation, and 50-100Hz for constant power speed regulation. Under vector control conditions, the speed regulation range can also be expanded.
